The final post!!

 So here we are now, this is the last blog of the english 4 class. While we were writing and making these blogs i really enjoyed the "freedom" that you have when you write like i feel that i can write and use a easy language and i feel it's not so difficult. I enjoyed a lot writing some blogs with topics i really like music, movies or how's my week going.

Well, the least enjoyed thing about the blog was sometimes i didn't really how to write some topics or i had to think a lot about it to make a consistent blog and also a not boring one haha. Two blogs that were specially difficult to me was the 2 photos one because i don't really have a bunch photos of me so it was hard to choose two and the other was the ideal job blog because i didn´t thinked so deep about it till that moment. 

I really enjoyed reading the top 5 faves blog. I think it was really interesting since you had to write your 5 favorite things in different topics like music, movies, trinkets, etc. Also i enjoy a lot when i see the things that other people like and see if i got things in common or not.

I think the aspects of english learning that the blog helped me to learn is tell and write the things i like, like it's a kind of weird conversation about hobbies or a anecdote.

I don't think i will blog in the future but the knowledge i got from here i'll use it to talk and share with other people that speaks other languages and use english as a form of communication or just english native speakers. I think that will be the use of english in my eventually future.

piece of technology

at the moment i think the piece of technology i like most (besides my headphones) it's my actual laptop. The model is HP Victus 15, it's a gamer one, i use it for all the kind of stuff you can do on a computer, from doing university assignments to playing multiple games. I also use it to use different softwares like ArcGIS, Paint tool SAI, Discord and rarely times FLStudio. 
I also really enjoy to listen music or podcast in spotify while i am playing or either drawing.

I got it from a gift my dad made me the last year when i entered the university, it is not difficult to use at all, well for me it's not really a big deal. Before my dad gifted to me this laptop i had one i got from the school by the JUNAEB but it wasn't a powerful device and was really old because that notebook i received it in 2017 it really last long!!

This piece is special to me because i've never had such a powerful technology device like good laptops or computers, also because my dad gifted to me. It's special because i can use many programs and various games runs smoothly, i think that's the best part of all.

First of all i have to say im not a person of photos ahah, when i was a child i couldn't really refuse the photos so i begrudgingly accepted the fact about my family taking pictures of me but as a teen i really hated to take photos of myself or get photographed by someone else.

So it's a kinda hard blog to make haha but here we are.

Well, the first Photo i choose it's one of me and my mother. I remember i was like almost 6 years old and i was with my mom, this photo is from the promotion to the first year of basic education in Chile so at the end of the academic year we had a school party. I was with some friends of mine of that time in the school party and i can't really remember what i was doing because i was really young.

Sooo between these two photos i choose to use in this blog we have a long timelapse.

This second photo i choose it's from my very first field trip i had after enter to geography. The photo it's from the last year and in this field trip i was 18 years old. We were in El Cajón del Maipo, we reach the sector of Las Amarillas, we were watching the mountain that appears in the background of the photo, the two professors were talking about the forms in the terrain in that mountain and the one in front. in that place i was with all my classmates but specially with my friend Ariana, she was almost the only friend i had at that time.

A fun fact is Ariana was a friend and classmate since i was going to the high school, later in february from the past year we discovered that the other got postulated and chosen in Geography  haha.

Lush

I've been listening this song recently, it's called For love by Lush, a dreampop, shoegaze and noisepop england band, the song is more inclined to dreampop than the other genres the band work with.

I heard this song like some months ago because i was really into dreampop and shoegaze music, before that i was really into cocteau twins and my bloody valentine. But i wanted some new music and songs from these genres. I really like the song because the thing i like the most is the voice rythm the vocalist give to the song and the "jangler" guitar that sounds background is really catchy and love it too.

I think this band was really talented and they had a bright future but unfortunately the band was dissolved in 1996 after the drummer Chris Acland commited suicide.

In 2015 and 2016 the group reunited again a short time to make a new EP.

My semester so far!!

 I have to tell that this semester has been the least i like all the time i've been studying in the university haha.
But despite all that my favorite classes are the "technical" ones like GIS aplication and Geomorphology because i really enjoy the part of doing maps and use geographical information system, and the physical names and way to identificate the territory like fluvial and glacial geomorphology, i've enjoyed the most these two classes but the last one has been my favorite one so far!!

I'm not enjoying the rest of the classes because they are really hard to me, Rural Geography its been a headache this whole semester!! the first test we had in that class was totally awful and difficult. I think is the hardest test i've done in my whole time in university, it has 6 credits and we must read 2 texts every week, these text are often not so long (16-30 average pages ) but they are difficult to read and understand.

Being honest i'm not so good managing time haha, but when i do that i set entire days to study one topic or one class in specific. I left the weekend usually to rest or talk with my friends, sometimes i go to work and do shifts.

In my free time i like to talk with my friends and my girlfriend. I use the most of my free time to play videogames, like osu!, league of legends, stardew valley and overcooked! with my friends haha i really enjoy this. The other thing i do in my free time and certainly all the time is listen to music, i'm always listenint stuff, discovering new music or playing the ones i like the most.

But the thing i definitively highlight the most is start dating my girlfriend. Because it made me really happy star talking with her as friends and discover her interests and things we have in common. The more we talked and the more we did things together i realized that i liked her i could't believe it at that time but then i accepted my feelings.

Fiestas PATRIAS 💜

This week i really went to nowhere (like fondas or ramadas) i only went to houses and celebrations in a lower scale haha, near from my family and my significant other.

Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th

At the very beginning i went to my mother's side family. I spend few days with my aunts, my cousins, my uncle and my brother, almost my whole mother's family!! 

In the monday we didn't do anything related to Fiestas Patrias, that day we just have lunch and the only typical thing we did was drink terremotos with my aunts hahah. Then in the tuesday we did a barbecue with my aunts and cousins, but not really for Fiestas Patrias, they did a barbecue because the football team Colo Colo had a match in the night with River Plate. They are really huge fans of this team, me personally i prefer Magallanes haha.

Wednesday 18th

This day i didn't spend it with my mother family, however i spend almost the whole morning and afternoon making empanadas with my dad, he made the pino and buy the eggs and olives to make them. I was using the rolling pin to make the dough. We made around of 20 empanadas of pino and cheese. We cooked the empanadas de pino in the oven and the cheese one we fry it.

Thursday 19th 

This day was maybe my favorite ahahha, in the morning i went to La Florida, to my girlfriend's house to eat a barbecue with her family, later in the afternoon we went to my mother family house and eat empanadas for the "once" then we drink terremoto and played carioca (card game) with my brother, my aunt and my uncle. I spend the night with my girlfriend in the house till the next day, when she (sadly) had to leave.

The next days i spend it resting and chilling with my friends, like playing games or just talking garbage in discord haha.
